Which orders are eligible for wholesale pricing?

Wholesale prices will be charged only to licensed resellers registered with us. In crystal chandeliers and sconces at least three items must be ordered (not necessarily of the same kind).

Where can I find wholesale prices?

Wholesale price lists are only accessible to resellers and non-profit organizations registered with us. If you are a licensed reseller, or an authorized representative of a non-profit organization, you are welcome to register here. May we ask you to fully identify your company / organization and clearly declare its reseller or non-profit status. Our wholesale price lists will then be made accessible to you. We will also send you occasional email messages (approximately once a year) reminding you of access technicalities, and notify you immediately if access details change.

Do your prices include shipping and handling?

No, both wholesale and retail prices are FCA Prague. This means that they cover the cost of the goods and the delivery to our forwarding agent (or, in small orders, to the postal customs office) here in Prague. In other words, the prices do not cover shipping, handling, or insurance. The only exception are retail orders of beads supplied in hobby packs, where shipping and handling is free.

When do you charge the value added tax (VAT)?

If you are located in the European Union, we have to charge you the value added tax (VAT), which is currently 19%. However, VAT is not charged to EU businesses with a valid VAT registration.
