FAQ : INVOICES AND PAYMENTSINVOICING AND PAYMENT TERMS ...Can you invoice my order in euros (British pounds, Canadian dollars...)? 0ur prices are quoted in U.S. dollars, but we will gladly invoice your order in most other convertible currencies, if requested. Can I have a preliminary invoice before placing a binding order? Yes, by all means. On receipt of your purchasing order we will always send you a preliminary ("pro forma") commercial invoice by email (or by fax, if desired). The proforma will show the net price of the goods and the shipping and handling costs, and also insurance if applicable. You can then either confirm your order as binding, modify it, or withdraw it. When will you send me the final invoice? The final commercial invoice (hard copy) will accompany the shipment of your purchase. In postal shipments it will be enclosed in the box (in box #1 in cosignments consisting of several boxes). Can I pay after receiving my order? No, this is not possible. Due to so many serious difficulties with collecting payments in the past we now strictly insist on full prepayment of all wholesale and retail purchases. An irrevocable documentary letter of credit is acceptable (in large orders only). PAYMENT PROCEDURES ...How can I pay for my purchase? You have a choice to pay by a wire transfer, a personal check, company check, cashier's check, or an international money order. Please note that the products ordered will be shipped to you only after we receive your payment. What should I do if I choose the payment by a check or an international money order?
