Can you send printed catalogs?

We regret to say that printed catalogs and price lists are presently not available for general distribution. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience.

How can I order without a catalog?

All relevant information on our products, including pictures and price lists, can be found at our web site http://www.lipara.com.

Several online catalogs are available: Bohemian crystal chandeliers, hourglasses (sand timers), colored crystal flowers, colored crystal figurine miniatures, colored crystal mushrooms, oil lamps and candles, and Christmas ornaments.

In many cases we are able to provide a large, high resolution picture of an item specified by you (as a jpg file). Also, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any specific questions.

We also recommend you to subscribe to our newsletter "Lipara Info", which is a source of additional information on our inventory.

I like your products, but I cannot place an order before seeing a sample. Do you send free samples?

No, we do not distribute free samples, even if you intend to order for resale. We will gladly send trade samples, but please note that we always charge their current price plus shipping. Wholesale prices will be applied if you clearly declare your wholesale, retail, or non-profit status here. (In that case you can also place a trial order below the US$100 or €75 minimum limit.)

I intend to purchase a large quantity of your products for my personal use. If I buy a sample, will you charge me a retail price or a wholesale price?

The samples ordered by individual customers will be processed as any other retail order. This means that they will be sold at retail prices unless their value exceeds US$500 or €350. The US$100 or €75 minimum limit applies.
